Rates

Tuning: €100
It’s a fixed rate, the same for everyone, whether you have an upright or grand piano, regardless of how long it takes me.

Pitch raise + Tuning: €150
It's also a package deal, comprising two separate tunings. This is mandatory if the piano is really too low (after several years without tuning, for example).
FAQs about tuning
Like all stringed instruments, the piano gradually goes out of tune. There are many reasons for this: string tension, repeated hammering, temperature changes... Tuning restores a clear, pleasant sound by adjusting each string to the ideal pitch.
Why does a piano need tuning?
Usually once a year, even if it doesn't seem very bad. Regular care, like scaling at the dentist's, ensures the instrument's good health.
When should I tune my piano?
I adjust the tension of each string, turning each peg with a tuning key.
I tune your piano by ear, for consistency and musicality that electronic tuners can't reproduce.
How do you tune the piano?
If your piano has not been tuned in a long time, one single tuning may not be enough to ensure its stability. In this case, I first need to put each string on tension to the correct pitch or higher, and then carry out the usual tuning.
